ノーギグラップリング[ NO-GI] (30分)
NO-GIグラップリングクラスには全帯色の方が参加可能です。
ハーフパンツにラッシュガードなど、道着を脱いで自由度の高いルールでの寝技を楽しめるクラスです。
NO-GIグリップリングの間口を広げる為、気軽に前後のクラスと連続で参加出来るよう、30分のコンパクトなクラスとしました。
短時間とはいえ毎回テクニックの打ち込みとスパーリングを行う充実した内容となっています。
All belt colors can participate in the NO-GI Grappling Class. This is a class where you can take off your uniform, such as shorts and a rash guard, and enjoy groundwork with a high degree of freedom. In order to expand the frontage of the NO-GI grip ring, we made it a compact class of 30 minutes so that you can easily participate in the previous and next classes in a row.
Although it is a short time, it is a fulfilling content that performs techniques and sparring every time.
